About Us

The EXIT Realty Company for this area came into conception long before the Rome, Georgia office was established.  Spencer Kimball from Cedartown opened the very first EXIT Realty in Georgia.  He opened it as EXIT Realty Elite over in 2000.  Specer loves EXIT Realty and has gone on to Utah where he now owns the regional rights to the state of Utah, & Wyoming.  Spencer has opened and started several hundred EXIT Realty offices in the Midwest.  Jennifer Chambers purchased and closed on the sale of our office March 2005.  The doors opened in July 2005.  Jennifer’s background is mortgages and real estate investing of which she has experience in both careers dating back as early as 1989.  She enjoyed it so much and believes in the EXIT Realty concept and the positive impact it will have on the lives of other Realtors that she purchased one!  We roll out the red carpet for our clients and pride ourselves on giving the "Best Service in Town".  Stop in and see us you'll be glad you did!
